I have a neighbor that needs to increase her breast milk flow. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Nurse, nurse and nurse some more is what I was always told. :-/ It did seem to work, but it took a couple of days to be noticable.
She can also try that Ferungreek..I know that isn't the name, but it is a supplement that can help. Tell her to head to the health food store, they will know its exact name. It is something very similar to that though.
